Limitless Taps specializes in providing custom software solutions, including but not limited to web design, web development, and mobile application development. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines for any project will be defined in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed upon by both parties.

Upon full payment of all fees, Limitless Taps grants the Client ownership of the custom code and deliverables created specifically for them. Limitless Taps retains ownership of its background technology, pre-existing code, and general know-how used in the project, granting the Client a non-exclusive license to use such background technology as part of the deliverables.

Either party may terminate a service agreement as specified in the project contract. Limitless Taps reserves the right to suspend services or withhold deliverables in the event of non-payment or breach of these Terms. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Limitless Taps operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
